 The BooSt Together For Children Early Childhood Area (BooSt) Board is accepting applications for FY’27 Early Childhood Iowa funding to support Family Support Home Visitation services in Boone and Story Counties. Eligible applicants include early childhood service providers serving families with children prenatal through age five.  

Timeline

• FY27 Opportunity released  * September 22, 2026
• Letter of Intent Due * October 6, 2026
• Proposals Due * November 3, 2026 by 5pm
• Anticipated date for award decisions * November 24 , 2026
• Estimated Contract Period:  January 1, 2027 - June 30, 2027, Renewal possible based on performance.

Eligibility Requirements: 
Families with children from birth to age five who reside in Boone and Story County, Iowa. Eligibility is generally based on residency, child's age, and family needs, with priority often given to families experiencing risk factors such as low income, limited access to resources, or developmental concerns.
